This page should be completed before DockSpare is relied on for real transactions at scale.

5. Payment Information

DockSpare does not process, hold, or guarantee any payment. DockSpare is a marketplace that connects Yacht Users and Suppliers — payment for an Order is arranged and settled directly between those two parties, by whatever method they agree on. DockSpare is not a payment processor, does not hold funds in escrow, and does not currently charge platform fees. Full detail is in our Marketplace Liability Terms, Section 4.

If DockSpare ever begins processing payments directly (for example, platform fees or paid membership tiers), this section will be updated to name the payment processor used and how transactions are handled, before that functionality goes live.
