Cookie Policy
Last updated: 23/08/2026
1. Overview
This Cookie Policy explains what DockSpare ("we", "us") does and does not store in your browser when you use the Platform, and why. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which covers Section 6 of that document in less detail.
2. DockSpare Doesn't Use Cookies
As of the date above, the DockSpare Platform does not set any cookies — not for authentication, not for analytics, and not for advertising or tracking. We have no first-party or third-party tracking scripts on the site. Because we don't use cookies for anything that requires consent under applicable law (such as the EU's ePrivacy rules), we don't show a cookie-consent banner — there is currently nothing to consent to.
3. What We Do Use: Local Storage
- Keeping your Supabase authentication session active between visits, so you don't have to sign in every time;
- Remembering your light/dark theme preference.
4. Third-Party Widgets
Two pages embed a third-party widget that may set its own state independently of DockSpare:
- Cloudflare Turnstile — a privacy-focused bot-detection widget shown on registration and sign-in. Cloudflare's own documentation states Turnstile does not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes; see Cloudflare's privacy policy for details of what it does under the hood.
We do not embed any analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking scripts anywhere on the Platform.
5. If This Changes
If we ever add analytics, advertising, or any other cookie or tracking technology that requires consent, we will update this policy first, add a consent mechanism appropriate to that technology, and update the "Last updated" date above.
